Welcome to Mind Body Alchemy: Transforming Your Physical Condition with Your Mind

This 8-month live course starting on June 11th will teach you how to tap into the incredible power of the mind-body connection to promote physical health, emotional well-being, and personal transformation.

But what is the mind-body connection, and why is it so powerful? Simply put, the mind-body connection is the idea that our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs can have a profound impact on our physical health and well-being. By understanding and harnessing this connection, we can tap into the power of the subconscious mind to make positive changes in our lives.

Being able to affectively access and speak to the subconscious is the key to unlocking the full potential of the mind-body connection. The subconscious mind  can influence physical sensations, such as pain, tension, and relaxation, as well as our overall physical health and well-being. By accessing the subconscious mind, we can identify and release negative beliefs and emotions that may be contributing to physical discomfort, and begin to make positive changes in our lives by programming the subconscious for the results that we desire.

During class we will build your belief and trust in the Mind Body connection and in your ability to influence your body with your mind. You will also be taught tools each month that you can practice with in between classes to help develop and strengthen your Mind Body Connection and begin making real, tangible changes!


This is an 8 month course that runs 10-2 Pacific time via Zoom on June 11, July 16, Aug 13, Sept 17, Oct 15, Nov 12, Dec 3 and Jan 14.
